VOODOO NAILS POLICIES
At our Nail Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who visits the studio the best possible service. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Voodoo Nails experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible. 48 hours required to cancel. Please call when you arrive and we will let you through. No children or animals allowed in the studio due to chemicals and insurance. No shows will be charged at full price. Deposit of £10 required to book. Please arrive at your treatment time, not early or late as I may not be able to accommodate.
LATE CANCELLATIONS
Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it. If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, just give us a call or shoot us a message letting us know. If you don’t let us know or have to cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, we take 50% of the appointment as a fee. Talk to us to find out more.
